Madridisuserfriendly joined the inauguration of the Infanta Leonor Hospital in Vallecas.
The president of the Community of Madrid, Esperanza Aguirre, inaugurated a new public hospital in Vallecas, Madrid. The Hospital Infanta Leonor is named after the eldest child of the Prince and Princess of Asturias, heirs to the Spanish throne. The Region of Madrid has inaugurated 8 new public hospitals over the last year, but the Infanta Leonor is the first public hospital built in the city of Madrid since 1977.

"EVOLUCIÓN" is an exhibition organized every year by De Dietrich Gallery.

San Antón or Saint Anthony, the Patron Saint for all animals is celebrated every year on January 17, all around Spain. Hill’s Pet Nutrition chose Madrid to organize a campaign against obesity in cats and dogs. The objective was to remind owners that overweight in animals causes health problems which affect their quality and life expectancy.
